- Removed Nav_Menu specific prefix from helper method names. - Kept shortcode resolution logic focused without extra validations.

Improves shortcode processing inside menu item URLs and titles.
Shortcodes in menu links now render correctly, even when URL-encoded, unquoted, or prefixed with http:// or https://.
